The Rappahannock County Library Board of Trustees will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, July 23, 2026, at 5:30 PM in the library’s Jamieson Room, located at 4 Library Road, Washington, Virginia. The purpose of the hearing is to receive comments on the proposed relocation of the Rappahannock County Library to Rush River Commons, Phase II.
